Amanda Wallace
Amanda Wallace, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapist with a Colorado Natural Medicine in Training License. She is a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, trained in Internal Family Systems, EMDR and a clinically trained Hypnotherapist.
With more than two decades of trauma-informed clinical experience, Amanda integrates neuroscience-based modalities with a mindful, compassionate care to help clients process trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and move toward meaningful transformation.
Miguel Suacedo Macias
Miguel Saucedo Macias is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, bilingual advocate, and Board Member of Shiela's Sanctuary. After completing residential treatment, he entered Shiela's Sanctuary in 2024, where he strengthened his recovery and grew into a trusted peer leader dedicated to helping others build stable, independent lives.
Miguel brings lived experience of addiction, incarceration, homelessness, poverty, and childhood trauma, which allows him to deeply understand the challenges participants face. Fluent in English and Spanish, he helps bridge cultural and language barriers while offering hope, accountability, and practical support to men in recovery. His leadership reflects the belief that lasting change is possible for everyone.
Shiela Roberts
Shiela founded The Sanctuary in an effort to find more balance in her own life. And to help in a greater way. Shiela's lived experience in healing severe early childhood trauma that manifested as CPTSD is combined with her professional success in real estate. Her ultimate hope is that everyone may create a secure, safe home and becomes a home owner after living at The Sanctuary sober living program. Shiela's jam is teaching others about all aspects of health - particularly financial health creating generational wealth through buying and selling real property.
